| Since 1994, Jim Hamilton has been providing outstanding fishing and wildlife viewing adventures on Kodiak Island, Katmai National Park and the Alaska Peninsula. Our camps are located in remote wilderness settings that are un-crowded and provide some of the best fishing, wildlife viewing and sightseeing adventures in Alaska. Stream fishing trips include fly out fishing for rainbow trout, dolly varden, steelhead and all five species of pacific salmon at our Karluk River camp. We also have great saltwater fishing for halibut, salmon, ling cod and rockfish aboard the 38 ft. Moon Shadow and the 43 ft. U Rascal. Wildife viewing trips for Kodiak brown bears, whales and a wide variety of sea mammals, birds and land mammals are available for both wildlife enthusiasts and photographers. Photo workshops are also available twice a year, hosted by professional photographer Jason Wood. At True North we take pride in offering what we believe to be some of the best fishing and wildlife viewing adventures in Alaska. We look forward to answering any questions about our trips and hope to see you on your next Alaskan adventure. |
